About Katie
I am a Rose Bruford College graduate with a BA (Hons) in Costume Production.
I have experience and enjoy making historically accurate garments to a high standard for theatre, along with modern costume. My areas of expertise include hand sewing and embroidery.
My competencies extend to assisting and dressing, in the theatre wardrobe department.
I have dressed on multiple UK Tours including 'Grease' 'Matthew Bourne's Romeo and Juliet' and the West End run of the 'Rocky Horror Show'. This is an area I particularly enjoy and complete to a high standard, in writing dressers plots and carrying out the role of a dresser, especially quick changes. I love working as a part of collaborative creative teams.
I believe that performers should have the most competent wardrobe team, in order to shine onstage.
